Who can use the Online Store?
This store is only available to EY employees.
What is the lead time?
If the item is in stock in our warehouse then the item will be ready for distribution the next day. For larger order volumes we may only have unbranded stock on hand, which means we need 3 to 7 days to brand it for you. A sales manager will be in touch with you to advise the ETA.
For the initial launch promotion (where EY employees receive a voucher to spend online), the lead times will unfortunately be longer! Please be patient.
What if I need an item not listed on the store?
If you’re looking for a specific item not listed on the e-shop, or require some gift ideas – please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist. Please email sebrina@alligator.co.za for assistance.
Are there discounts for large orders?

How do I check out & pay?
Once you have added all your selected items to the Cart, select Checkout. You can either pay with a credit card or provide a PO number. Paying by PO is not possible during the initial launch phase where employees can use their vouchers to shop online.
To use your voucher, please enter your unique voucher number in the field called "discount code". If your order value is greater than the voucher value, you would need to pay in the difference by credit card.
What is the delivery process?
For “in stock” items, orders placed before 12pm will be ready for distribution the next day. Orders placed after 12pm will be ready for distribution the next day +1. Please note - this does not apply to the initial launch phase.
Are there delivery charges?
We deliver to your JHB head office at no charge, regardless of the order value.
We deliver any order over R1500 excl VAT at no charge to anywhere within SA.
Orders below R1500 excl VAT will attract a delivery fee:
- To any address in Johannesburg/Pretoria: R90 excl VAT
- To any address in SA outside Johannesburg/Pretoria: R120 excl VAT
For the initial launch phase ALL order will be delivered to your offices and you will be able to collect from there. Further communication on this process will be sent to you by the EY marketing team.
